Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases on the Bel Air Studios coverage service at coverage.belairstudios.ai. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Single Coverage, 3-Pack, and 10-Pack

1.1 Before coverage is generated

If you change your mind before any coverage generation has started against the order, you may request a full refund within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. Email our contact form with your order ID.

1.2 SLA miss

If we materially miss the twenty-four (24) hour SLA on a paid coverage for reasons within our reasonable control, you may, at your option, receive a full refund of that coverage or have your next coverage expedited at no cost. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and force majeure are not SLA breaches.

1.3 Coverage quality concern

If you believe a coverage materially failed to meet our published methodology (33-criterion rubric, scene-level analysis, dual-axis verdict), email our contact form within seven (7) days of delivery with specifics. We will review and, at our discretion, regenerate the coverage at no cost, partially refund, or fully refund.

1.4 Unused coverages in a Pack

Unused coverages in a 3-Pack or 10-Pack are not refundable after one (1) coverage from the pack has been generated. Packs are valid for ninety (90) days (3-Pack) or twelve (12) months (10-Pack) from purchase. Unused coverages expire at the end of the validity window.

2. Workshop Subscription (Monthly and Annual)

Workshop subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

• Monthly subscription: not pro-rated. Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid billing period; no refund for partial months.
• Annual subscription: if you cancel within thirty (30) days of the annual purchase, we will refund the prorated unused portion. After thirty (30) days, no refund; subscription remains active through the end of the annual term.

3. Founding Member Lifetime

The Founding Member tier is a one-time lifetime purchase, limited to the first one hundred (100) customers. Because the tier conveys lifetime access at a deeply-discounted price, Founding Member purchases are refundable only within seven (7) days of purchase, and only if no coverage has been generated under the account during that window. After seven (7) days, or after the first coverage generation, the Founding Member purchase is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email our contact form with:

• The email address on your account
• The order ID or approximate purchase date
• A brief description of the reason for the refund request

We will respond within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are processed within five (5) business days; bank settlement may take an additional five to ten (5–10) business days depending on your card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
