Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to every purchase from Bel Air Studios and is part of our Terms of Service, which you accept at checkout.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Your order is placed in production the moment your payment is charged. At checkout you ask us to begin immediately, so there is no cancellation window. This applies to every Service, including coverage, credit packs, Read Through, the Workshop, producer Services paid in full, and deposits.

If you are a consumer in a country that gives you a right to cancel online purchases (for example, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you expressly requested at checkout that we begin work immediately and acknowledged that you lose that right once performance has begun. Nothing in this policy limits any right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

2. Deposits and Invoiced Balances

A deposit is non-refundable from the moment it is charged. The balance is due by the date on the invoice, and final deliverables are released when it is paid. If you stop a deposit Service partway through, the deposit is not refunded, and you are not invoiced for stages we have not started.

3. Credits

Credits in multi-credit packs are non-refundable and expire twelve (12) months after purchase.

4. Walkthroughs

Walkthroughs are free.

5. Problems With a Delivery

If something is wrong with a deliverable, tell us through our contact form and we will look at it. Any correction is at our discretion and is not a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first. At checkout you accepted these terms and agreed that your order was placed in production when you paid; we keep a record of that acceptance and provide it to the card issuer in any dispute. A chargeback may pause work on your order and your account until it is resolved.
